INNER CITY SEEN (2017 - 2023)

This collection of artwork is inspired by visions of the future city in films such as Metropolis (1927), Bladerunner (1982) and Akira (1988). Photography, painting and drawing have been combined to create a series of ghostly, expansive and futuristic city settings. If you love cinema and literature you will love the references that images in this series make to the SF genre. In 2018 and 2019 this collection was exhibited in cinema venues in Yorkshire under the title Magic and the Metropolis.
